Meet the Founder

Esteban Espíndola López is a former professional soccer player whose journey has taken him across some of Latin America’s top clubs—from River Plate and Belgrano in Argentina, to Olympia and Marathón in Honduras, and Saprissa in Costa Rica, where he helped secure a national championship. As a youth, he proudly represented Argentina on the U15 and U17 national teams, scoring during the FIFA U-17 World Cup.

But beyond the victories and stadium lights, Esteban’s greatest passion has always been people. After years on the field, he felt a strong pull toward something more—guiding the next generation of athletes through the same world he once navigated. With a heart for legacy and a deep understanding of the game, Esteban now walks alongside players and families, offering honest guidance, real perspective, and hope for what’s possible.

His mission is simple: to help young athletes grow—not just in skill, but in confidence, purpose, and vision for the future.
